Who we are

Racket Atelier is a web + mobile product operated by Gambit Technologies S.L. (Andorra). You can reach us at hello@racketatelier.com.

Data we collect

• Account data: email, display name and a bcrypt-hashed password when you register.
• Setups: the racket configurations you choose to save.
• Ratings: optional 1-5 ratings with comments you post.
• Analytics: session id, page path, click targets, duration. We do not collect device identifiers beyond the user-agent string.

What we don't collect

No precise location. No contacts. No photo library access beyond what you explicitly upload. No health data unless you connect Apple Health (opt-in, processed on device).

Third parties

• Railway (hosting & Postgres). Data stored in EU region.
• Tennis Point / Tennis Warehouse / Amazon affiliate networks — we pass no PII, only anonymous click referrals.
• Instagram — when you share a story the image and link are handed to the Instagram app on your device; we do not retain a copy of the share event.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, different laws give you control over your data:

• Andorra — Llei 29/2021 de Protecció de Dades Personals (LQPD), enforced by the Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades (APDA).
• European Union / EEA / UK — GDPR (Regulation 2016/679) and UK-GDPR. Right of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection.
• United States — CCPA / CPRA (California), plus the state privacy laws of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and others. Right to know, delete, correct and opt-out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share).
